Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable:
Process and monitor incoming payments.
Prepare and send payment supplements.
Generate and send invoices to clients.
Follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely collections.
Accounts Payable:
Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments.
Reconcile statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Assist in managing vendor relationships.
Review the invoices to be paid, ensuring that the values and other information are correct. E

eneral Administrative Support: F
illing out forms for credit studies. P
rovide administrative assistance to the finance department as needed. C
ollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations. Q
ualifications: 3 and 4 years experience in the position is the mandatory requirement Completed study Accounting Science Degree, Administration or area correspondence Proven experience as an analyst in a finance or accounting role is an mandatory Familiarity with financial software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
