If you're up for challenging the status quo, join our team of pioneers and make your mark on the future with us.Do you dare to make an impact?YOUR ROLEImplement global processes, including full execution and monitoring of all supplier grievances and claims, and ensure effectiveness;Conduct supplier assessment and ensure corrective actions are in place;Establish development plans for key suppliers;Support the approval process for new suppliers;Carry out audits according to the annual plan and ensure the execution and monitoring for the closure of action plans;Ensure the effective implementation of the Supplier Change Control process;Prepare monthly reports and regular reviews with regional and global stakeholders.YOUR SKILLSDegree in chemistry, engineering or quality related graduation;Experience in ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 standards;Core tools knowledge desired (PPAP, APQP, MSA, CEP and FMEA);Experience in internal and external audits using process approach;Negotiation and conciliation skills;Advanced English;Basic Spanish is desired.Henkel is an equal opportunity employer.
