Responsibilities: - Set up, test, and launch campaigns using CRM tools. - Track campaign performance and provide reports to the Retention Marketing Manager. - Ensure alignment of campaigns with the broader marketing strategy and brand guidelines. - Create campaign-specific pages and promotions. Ensure that items are published as per plans and that correct segments on the website are updated. - Collaborate with the Retention Marketing Manager to develop effective customer segmentation strategies to personalize and optimize campaigns. - Working closely with internal stakeholders to inform them about planned campaigns to ensure synergy and transparency. - Continuously seek ways to improve campaigns, enhance customer experience, and increase engagement and retention. About you: - Prior experience in iGaming and CRM is essential. - Experience in the UK market is a must. Other markets will be considered an asset. - Fluency of English - Marketing mindset and analytical traits - Experience and interest in Sports and Casino - Methodical and structured with strong attention to detail. - Highly organised with good project management skills, enabling you to handle multiple campaigns and tasks concurrently. - Adaptable and versatile; value flexibility and willing to tackle any challenge to get the job done.
