Job Title
We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to support infrastructure operations for a suite of software products.
* This role involves managing permissions, handling one-off requests via Slack, resolving access issues, and supporting releases for new services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for patching and maintaining cloud infrastructure primarily in a Linux environment using AWS (EC2, Security Groups) and Terraform to manage infrastructure as code, following established formats.
Additional responsibilities include scripting for deployment and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure smooth operations. Some exposure to Windows environments is acceptable, though the focus is on Amazon Linux.

Paid Time Off
