Job Overview
Lead Business Transformation Initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, interpret requirements and priorities, and drive modernization and transformation of systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop strategic project management plans, governance frameworks, and long-term visions to align business objectives.
2. Translate divisional business requirements into technical deliverables, organized as Executive Milestones (In/Out of Scope), and analyze data to identify key insights for business improvement.
3. Develop expert knowledge of platform systems, help define 'To Be' system solutions and flows, and understand infrastructure requirements for OnPrem and Cloud Computing service models.
4. Ensure coordination of teams to drive timely completion of large-scale projects, manage project budgets and financials, and define KPI's and metrics for assigned projects.
5. Interact closely with stakeholders and vendors, provide communications to executive management, and operationally troubleshoot or lead the troubleshooting of complex issues.
6. Proactively ensure compliance with expected quality standards and responsible for project-related organizational change management, including communications, training, and adoption.
7. General understanding of infrastructure requirements to deploy solutions for storage, middleware, DB, voice specifics, and network components.
8. Definition, implementation, and adoption of processes and standards to enhance business efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
9. Advanced English language proficiency is mandatory.
10. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and solid experience in Project/Program Management are required.
11. Experience managing merger and acquisition infrastructure and application integration or divestiture projects is preferred.
12. Project Management Professional and/or Certified Scrum Master certification is advantageous.
13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort speaking and writing for C-level audiences and technical/non-technical stakeholders.
14. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to write business requirements and concisely articulate trade-off decisions.
15. Business judgment, including ability to balance resources, evaluate risks, and apply user-base knowledge to product enhancements and online user experience.
