The role involves recruiting software engineers for positions in Sweden, supporting relocation and visa processes, and coordinating with a global team.ResponsibilitiesFind engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.Build trust with suitable candidates during the relocation process.Coordinate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, tickets, housing, etc.).Identify and close recruitment requests for clients in fields such as software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.Contribute to a team culture focused on helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden.Represent Telescope values of joy, trust, and professionalism.Required competenceAt least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience (please ensure this is documented in your CV).A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution for each challenge.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing concepts.Upper intermediate English.Some knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, and the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.Self-confident, sociable, outgoing with a high level of self-motivation.Resilient, able to take a "no" as motivation to try harder.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance.Employment detailsExtent & Duration: Start ASAP.Full time. Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months.Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday.
