Key Responsibilities
* Design and build scalable full-stack solutions utilizing Java and React technologies;
* Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code quality standards to team members;

Requirements
* A minimum of 10 years of experience as a hands-on Java developer;
* At least 5 years of experience designing complex architectures to drive business success;
* 3+ years of experience as a hands-on Front End developer for responsive web applications using Javascript, Typescript, ReactJS or similar technologies;
* Hands-on experience with API development and web services to drive digital transformation;
* Experience leading high-performing teams to achieve strategic goals;
* Strong communication skills and stakeholder management to drive project success;
* Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, with a passion for improving software systems and driving innovation;
* Upper-Intermediate English level to communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
