Project Management and Resource Optimization Specialist
Job Description:
* Leads and supports the implementation and enhancement of project management and resource planning processes in a dynamic international environment.
* Configures and optimizes resource management, workforce planning, and project staffing flows.
* Integrates project operations with C4P and related public cloud modules.
* Analyzes business requirements and translates them into efficient SAP public cloud solutions.
* Provides functional expertise, best practices, documentation, and user training.
* Ensures alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams.
* Supports testing cycles, UAT sessions, and go-live/hypercare phases.
* Contributes to the continuous improvement of project portfolio management processes.
Required skills and qualifications include strong experience as an SAP consultant in EPPM, resource management, or project systems (PS), solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA public cloud configuration, experience with C4P/project collaboration/SAP public cloud for projects, understanding of project financials, resource scheduling, and project lifecycle processes, and ability to work in international teams with excellent communication skills in English.
