• Position: SAP SDS Back Office – EOS Technical Expert
• Location: Brazil (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and support SAP operational service activities
• Monitor SAP systems and ensure service stability
• Handle incidents, escalations, and troubleshooting activities
• Coordinate with global delivery and technical teams
• Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform root cause analysis and issue resolution
Required Skills:
• Experience in SAP Technical Operations / SAP Basis
• Strong troubleshooting and monitoring skills
• Knowledge of incident & problem management processes
• Experience in EOS / Managed Services environments
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
