We are currently seeking a SAP S2C Business Analyst to join our global Technology team.
Why this role matters:
Act as a key functional partner for Service‑to‑Cash (S2C) processes, supporting critical SAP solutions used across the business.
Work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and SAP functional experts.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP S/4HANA solutions.
Participate in projects, upgrades, and new implementations, including integration testing, regression testing, UAT, and post‑go‑live support.
Support end users by resolving incidents escalated from Level 1 and contributing to continuous process improvement.
Help ensure data accuracy, process integrity, and compliance in a highly detail‑oriented SAP environment.
Collaborate with global stakeholders across regions and time zones, balancing operational support with project work.
What will help you succeed in this role?
A university degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience working with SAP, ideally within Service‑to‑Cash (S2C), Order‑to‑Cash, or related financial processes.
Advanced English level (mandatory) — ability to communicate fluently with global stakeholders in meetings, documentation, and written communication.
Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications (SD, billing, project systems, or similar modules).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and proactively drive tasks without close supervision.
Experience supporting testing activities (UAT, integration, regression).
Flexibility to support off‑hours work when required (e.g., go‑lives, upgrades).
