Talent Development:
- Design, implement, and oversee talent development programs aligned with business goals.
- Facilitate training workshops and initiatives that foster employee skills and career growth.Talent Management:
- Develop and execute effective strategies for talent acquisition and retention, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify talent needs and succession planning.Conflict Management:
- Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions among employees, fostering a positive work environment.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on conflict resolution strategies and best practices.Employee Relations:
- Conduct thorough investigations into workplace incidents, complaints, and grievances while ensuring confidentiality and fairness.
- Develop and implement action plans based on investigation findings to resolve issues and improve workplace culture.Coaching:
- Offer one-on-one coaching for managers and employees to enhance their leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills.
- Support managers in implementing performance improvement plans as needed.Strategic People Metrics:
- Analyze HR data to derive insights on employee performance, engagement, and retention, informing strategic decision-making.
- Develop and present reports on key HR metrics to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and growth.HR Policies and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, developing and updating HR policies as required.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports related to talent management initiatives.Employee Engagement:
- Initiate programs and activities that promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge morale and identify areas for improvement.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- HR experience in a retail environment.
- Proven experience in talent development, talent management, conflict resolution, employee relations, and coaching.
- Strong investigative skills and ability to handle sensitive workplace issues with discretion.
- Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with strategic HR metrics and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
