The LATAM Channel Manager is responsible for accelerating growth across Latin America by driving performance through our channel partner (distributor) network and executing our go-to-market strategy. This includes implementing targeted initiatives that fuel revenue growth, delivering high-impact marketing and training programs, and ensuring partner performance is consistently aligned with strategic goals and KPIs. Regular travel across the region is required to engage directly with channel partners and their customers, ensuring strong relationships and a deep understanding of local market needs.

This position reports to the Commercial General Manager, Americas and is part of the Americas Commercial Organization.


In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

* Forge strong, results-driven partnerships across your territory, executing and supporting the development of our strategy to consistently meet or exceed targets.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and technical teams to design and launch impactful campaigns and training programs that empower our partners as well as across the Danaher Operating Companies to drive organizational success.
* Enhance partner and customer satisfaction through effective channel enablement activities, including catalogue management.
* Support the day-to-day operations of our Large Channel Partners, ensuring seamless execution and alignment.
* Track and forecast distributor performance with precision, providing actionable insights to drive growth. Continuously assessing the effectiveness of our go-to-market strategy, identifying opportunities for improvement and, where appropriate, evaluating and onboarding new channel partners to enhance market reach and performance.


The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

* Fluent in English and Spanish both written and verbal required, Portuguese is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in a life science discipline with minimum of 5 years’ experience in solution-based, scientific selling within the Life Sciences sector, with proven experience managing channel partners such as dealers, distributors, or agents, with a strong understanding of indirect sales models.
* Strategic and executional capability, with a track record of developing and delivering successful commercial initiatives.
* Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, including marketing, technical support, service, customer service, product development, and finance, leading to measurable commercial growth.
* A strong analytical mindset with results orientation.


Travel, Vehicle & Physical/Environment Requirements

* Ability to travel – up to 50% travel, overnight, within territory
* Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record


Nice To Have

* Channel enablement activities, including the development and management of partner catalogues, marketing campaigns and training programs.
* Delivering business reviews and commercial proposals to C-suite executives within channel partner organizations, demonstrating strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Hands-on experience with CRM systems to manage channel partner pipelines, track performance metrics, and drive data-informed decision-making.


Benefits and Other Information

Abcam offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and retirement benefits. This position is eligible for remote work where applicable, with details provided by the interview team. The salary range is up to 375,000 BRL and may be modified in the future.
