As the IT market keeps growing, we are looking to expand our talented international team of Recruiters.What you’ll doThis is a communication-driven role. Your typical day includes:Proactive calling to identify qualified candidates among the ones selected by our sourcing teamInterviewing candidates and preparing their documentsCoaching candidates before interviews with our clientsConducting follow-ups after interviewsExtending job offers and supporting candidates through the offer processWhat you need Upper-Intermediate English or higherGood communication skills.
