Key Responsibilities:
* Daily Client Communication:
o Be the primary point of contact for each clinic client.
o Communicate daily via calls, emails, and texts, keeping clients informed before they have to ask.
o Provide clear updates on campaign performance, next steps, and upcoming improvements.
* Client Onboarding:
o Lead new clients through setup: ensuring tracking, GoHighLevel, and campaigns are properly configured.
o Set expectations around timelines, deliverables, and what strong performance looks like.
* Monitor & Troubleshoot Campaigns:
o Review ad and funnel performance daily, track metrics like cost-per-lead (CPL), leads generated, bookings, show rate, and conversion rate.
o Identify drops or issues early and diagnose potential causes.
o Suggest actionable fixes: whether it's a follow-up tweak, schedule adjustment, or new messaging.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in sales or lead generation is preferred.
* Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
* Ability to interpret data and turn insights into clear actions.
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset is necessary.
* Comfort working with multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment is required.
