Job Title: Key Account Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive our growth strategy, focused on winning commercial deals in key markets/verticals. As a top-performing sales executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leveraging our unique selling propositions (USPs) to develop targeted commercial offers.



About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a strategic sales leader, where you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with our marketing team to identify potential customers and provide feedback on generated leads.



Key Responsibilities


- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging our USPs to develop targeted commercial offers
- Engage with potential customers, understand their pain points, and effectively communicate our value proposition to win new business
- Collaborate with marketing to identify potential customers and provide structured feedback on generated leads
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for institutional and corporate clients
- 360 sales cycle, open and close new business
- Document, track, and analyze the sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure a robust and well-managed sales process



Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 10 years of experience in a sales position
* +4 years of experience selling remittances, cross-border payment and/or complex payments solutions
* Developed and executed comprehensive sales strategies for institutional and corporate clients
* Previous sales experience at a financial institution/large brokerage firm
* English fluency
* Proven experience in business development and sales as a hunter
* Strong understanding of commercial strategy and pre-sales support
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Experience with CRM tools, preferably Hubspot
* Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding
