The specialist will work with carriers, customers and internal stakeholders to execute daily transportation management functions following documented SOPs and providing status updates to the hiring manager. Core Responsibilities 1. Data Analysis & Shipment Integrity (Primary Focus)
- Proactive Monitoring: Query large datasets to identify lagging or\ "at-risk\" shipments across sales, returns, and trade-in flows.
- Performance Reporting: Maintain and update centralized KPI boards and dashboards to ensure real-time visibility for internal stakeholders.
- SQL Management: Execute minor SQL queries to extract, filter, and audit transportation data from internal databases.
- Root Cause Analysis: Perform deep-dive investigations into weekly and monthly On-Time Delivery (OTD) fluctuations to identify systemic carrier or lane issues. 2. Transportation Operations Support (Secondary Focus)
