Job Summary
Bridging education and creativity, we seek a Learning Experience Designer to craft engaging courses that elevate student learning.
Main Responsibilities
* Review courses at all stages of production for accuracy, clarity, engagement, and alignment with evidence-based learning principles.
* Evaluate content design for adherence to instructional strategies, accessibility, and usability guidelines.
* Collaborate with editors, animators, designers, and the Creative Director to enhance pacing, flow, and visual appeal.
Creative Review
Analyze video lessons from the student's perspective, suggesting improvements such as on-screen callouts, animations, or transitions to maintain interest.
Work closely with the video and design teams to bring educational content to life visually and conceptually.
Partner with the Learning Designer to create interactive, fun, and student-centered courses.
Key Qualifications
* Strong understanding of evidence-based learning science and instructional strategies.
* Able to evaluate content design for accessibility and usability.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
