Program Summary
KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR's enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract's original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 10 countries.
Job Summary
Under direct supervision, you will be tasked to support daily operations within the Property Department. The tasks will include daily updates in the system of record (Cost Point), requesting information to support LTDD reports, coordinating RFR's, CTR's and archiving all files.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Under direct supervision, supports the Property Office with daily operations, updates all records, and archives all files.
* Daily Support with Lost, Theft, Damaged, Destroyed (LTDD) reports to include obtaining all required documentation from the department's; submittal of notification/request to the GPA and distribution of approved documents.
* The duties also include coordinating the review/approval of Request for Repair (RFR), Cannibalization (CANN) and Capital Type Rehabilitation (CTR) with the ACO.
* Will also perform transfers/turn-ins, assist custodians and users in support of the Property Control System.
* Under direct supervision, performs routine assignments.
* Develops core competencies with existing procedures by solving standard problems.
Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
* Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience.
* Fluent in English. Strong reading, writing, speaking and comprehension skills required
* Basic knowledge working within an ERP system
* Fluency in Albanian and possessing an unrestricted right to work and reside in Kosovo
