We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to support the effective use of computer systems, networks, and cloud platforms.
* A working level of spoken and written English is required.
* Experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role is preferred.
* Deep knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) is necessary.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees.
* Providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
* Managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with the ability to solve problems independently and communicate solutions clearly.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), or Google IT Support Professional Certificate are a plus.
This is a full-time position with regular working hours from 9 am to 5 pm MST.
