As a Keyholder, you will provide support to the store management team by performing daily opening and closing operations. You will also ensure an amazing shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
* Drive sales growth and achieve company objectives in partnership with the management team
* Set an example for exceptional customer service through selling skills
* Support management in implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining a clean, consistent store environment
* Perform register functions and drive add-on sales using sales, promotion and product knowledge
* Assume responsibility of all store operations when Store Management is out of the store
* Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
Requirements:
* Previous retail leadership experience with proven sales performance and people management skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and create an amazing customer experience
* Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and environments
* Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends
Physical Requirements:
* Able to stand and walk during scheduled hours
* Able to pack and unpack shipments, arrange and move store fixtures, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds
* Able to reach for merchandise using ladders, step stool, etc.
