Sales Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a high-caliber Sales Manager to drive growth across the LATAM region. You will be responsible for selling nutraceutical ingredients to the dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries, building a high-quality pipeline and long-term customer relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and grow key accounts across LATAM, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Presentation skills are essential in articulating the benefits, applications, and go-to-market plans of nutraceutical ingredients to customers.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
* Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
* Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
