IT Support Analyst
This role involves providing remote IT support to employees, focusing on customer service and problem-solving skills. As a team player, you will work efficiently individually and as part of a larger team, leveraging your knowledge of various technologies to resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze issues and formulate effective solutions
* Troubleshoot system, application, and hardware problems
* Keep customers informed about ticket progress
* Work remotely with customers to solve problems
* Utilize the internal IT Knowledge Base to find and provide solutions to known issues
* Research and resolve issues using external information when necessary
* Regularly update the ticket tracking system with status and fixes
* Escalate issues to relevant parties as required
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
* Associate's Degree in Information Systems or equivalent program, or proven track record of IT experience required
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
* Knowledge of delivering IT solutions within corporate and/or enterprise environments
* Experience working in mixed Mac and Windows environments
Additional Skills:
* Experience in the Advertising and/or Marketing industry preferred
* Experience in centrally managed computer environments
* Supporting A/V environments not required but a plus
