About the Role:
This is a key position in scaling our technical teams across multiple regions, ensuring we maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
* Recruitment cycle management: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating, and offer negotiation;
* Candidate assessment: screening for soft skills and basic technical fit;
* Talent sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other platforms;
* Maintaining clear communication in English and Spanish.
