* Manage a portfolio of global clients.
* Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities.
* Provide high-quality service to clients operating in Brazil and worldwide.
* Maintain strong connections with Aon offices globally.
* Keep the controlling office advised and aligned with decisions made in Brazil.
