About the Role
As a Team Facilitator and Agile Coach, you will play a crucial role in enabling our teams to work efficiently and effectively.
* Facilitate major project events like PI Planning and System Demos to ensure successful project execution.
* Manage the program-level calendar and maintain a healthy project cadence.
* Act as a catalyst for problem-solving and cross-team collaboration, fostering a culture of open communication and trust.
* Coach teams and Scrum Masters in lean-agile principles, empowering them to make data-driven decisions.
* Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging experimentation and innovation.
* Identify and resolve impediments and risks, ensuring the smooth flow of work across the organization.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Salesforce is desired, but not required.
* JIRA knowledge is essential for this role.
