Senior Project Lead
We seek a seasoned professional to oversee our software development projects. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration, and at least 8 years of experience in IT Project Management in an Agile Scrum environment are required.
Key responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams comprising Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts. The successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and delivering projects on time with exceptional results.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, along with a proven ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
Desirable requirements include experience in the Oil and Gas industry, PMP certification, CSM, and familiarity with Change Management, Risk Analysis, and Cloud Technologies.
