Job Title: IT Application Support Specialist
This role involves supporting the most complex application needs, providing technical direction and guidance for various activities across the enterprise.
About the Role:
* Support and implement solutions to ensure successful introduction across the organization and with clients.
* Participate in architectural discussions to evaluate proposed solutions.
* Responsible for technical analysis and preparing recommendations as needed.
* Liaise between business units, the information technology department, and outside vendors.
The ideal candidate will possess a broad knowledge of technical skills and be able to coordinate team members effectively. They will also have strong analytical, troubleshooting skills, and incident management skills.
Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $16k - $20k per month.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience required.
* 5+ years of related production support experience required.
* Programming/scripting skills in Java, Python, C++, Django, etc.
* Experience with various App/Networking Monitoring Tools (Splunk, Appdynamics, Prometheus, etc).
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic stakeholder relationships within business units to ensure client satisfaction.
* Facilitate decision-making and arbitration relating to trade-offs within and between different solutions.
* Collaborate with operations teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards.
