Join to apply for the Sr Clinical Lead - Immunology role at IQVIA.Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Job OverviewThe Sr. Clinical Lead provides leadership of the clinical team, in support of the project leader, and in collaboration with other functional teams, to achieve the delivery of the project’s overall objectives to the Sponsor’s satisfaction per contract while optimizing speed, quality, and cost of delivery, in accordance with SOPs, policies, and practices.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesParticipate in bid defense preparations. Attend bid defense presentations and lead the clinical delivery strategy for medium-sized and multi-country studies, in partnership with business development and senior project leaders.Develop and maintain clinical project plans, including clinical operations, recruitment, and retention strategies, to be incorporated into the study and project management plans.Ensure clinical delivery (subject recruitment, site management, data integrity) per contract, maintaining consistency in study tools and training materials, and compliance with policies and procedures.Partner with project leaders to confirm clinical team objectives according to the contract, strategy, and approach. Communicate and assess performance against these objectives.Implement recruitment strategies at study outset to maximize participant enrollment, including outreach and digital initiatives.Essential RequirementsDeep knowledge of and ability to apply clinical research regulatory requirements, including GCP and ICH guidelines.Knowledge of project management practices and terminology.Broad protocol and therapeutic knowledge in Immunology, specifically Atopic Dermatitis.Ability to organize resources, set objectives, and lead teams effectively, with experience in planning and adapting to changing circumstances.Bachelor's degree in health care or scientific discipline with at least 7 years of clinical research/monitoring experience, or equivalent education, training, and experience.Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, insights, and healthcare intelligence, dedicated to improving patient outcomes worldwide.
