IT Recruiter (Contractor) – Remote | Brazil
We are currently looking for Ssr & Sr IT Recruiters (Contractor) to support hiring initiatives for one of the leading global technology companies. This is a fully remote contractor role. The main focus of this role will be identifying, engaging, and managing candidates for a variety of technology positions while partnering closely with hiring teams to ensure an efficient and high-quality recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage full-cycle recruitment for technology roles across multiple countries.
* Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
* Conduct candidate screenings to assess technical background, communication skills, and overall fit.
* Coordinate interview processes and maintain clear communication with candidates and stakeholders.
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
* Partner with internal teams to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience.
Requirements
* Proven experience recruiting IT and technology profiles.
* Solid experience hiring for roles such as Salesforce, Java, Golang, DevOps, Data Science, AI, or similar technical positions.
* Strong sourcing skills and experience recruiting across Latin America.
* Advanced English (both written and spoken).
* Ability to work autonomously in a remote contractor setup and manage multiple processes simultaneously.
