Sherwin-Williams is a multinational company present in more than 120 countries and has been in Brazil for over 85 years, bringing to the market the best coating and protection solutions, with paints for the most diverse applications.We are looking for a IT Lead Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions that support our business and enhance user experience.Location📍 Taboão da Serra – SP | Hybrid (3x2)What you’ll do- Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into technical solutions- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications across on-premises and cloud environments- Work with modern programming languages and development tools- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and end-users- Support systems integration, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines- Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and performance- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practicesWhat you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)- 4–6+ years of experience in software / application development- Experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, Ruby, or similar- Experience with SCADA systems — Ignition SCADA experience is a strong plus- Experience with databases, APIs, version control (Git) and CI/CD tools- Knowledge of cloud platforms and software development lifecycle (SDLC)- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in global teams- English and Portuguese (Advanced)If you are passionate about technology, enjoy solving complex problems, and want to work in a collaborative and global environment, we’d love to hear from you.
