About the Company

  • A fast-growing global in vitro diagnostics (IVD) company is expanding its commercial presence in Brazil.
  • The company has established operations across multiple international markets and offers a comprehensive portfolio of diagnostic products serving hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare institutions worldwide.
  • To support continued growth in Latin America, we are seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive channel development and business expansion in Brazil.

Compensation:

  • USD 55,000 – 70,000 Base Salary + Attractive Performance Incentive (Uncapped Earning Potential)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's sales strategy across Brazil.
  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with distributors, channel partners, laboratories, hospitals, and key healthcare customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Lead distributor recruitment, evaluation, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Develop territory business plans and achieve annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with regional leadership, technical support teams, and marketing functions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
  • Support product launches, market penetration, and brand-building initiatives.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Strong local market knowledge.
  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience within the IVD, diagnostics, laboratory, medical device, or healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience in channel/distributor management.
  • Existing network within laboratories, hospitals, diagnostic centers, or healthcare distributors is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering sales growth and achieving commercial targets.
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-growing international environment.

  • Medical Device Companies serving laboratories and hospitals

Experience with distributor-driven business models is highly desirable.
