About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic andexperienced Games Presenter Team Manager fluent in Portuguese tolead a talented team in São Paulo. In this on-site role, you willplay a key part in shaping and executing local operationalstrategy, overseeing daily studio activities, mentoring anddeveloping presenters, and ensuring that live game broadcastsconsistently deliver high-quality, engaging experiences forplayers. You will foster a collaborative, performance-drivenenvironment that aligns with global standards while responding tolocal needs and dynamics. What You'll Do Lead, support and coach ateam of games presenters to elevate performance, engagement andon-camera delivery. Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffcoordination, attendance, performance tracking and shift planning.Foster open communication and a positive team culture throughregular meetings, feedback and development sessions. Identifytraining needs and collaborate with learning teams to supportongoing skill development. Ensure consistent delivery of servicesthat meet company performance indicators, values and operationalprocedures. What You Bring Native or fluent Portuguese (C1) withexcellent written and spoken communication. Strong command ofEnglish (minimum B2) to collaborate across international teams.Leadership experience, with at least 1 year in a team-management orsupervisory role. Confidence working in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment with flexible shift schedules. Excellent interpersonalskills, including conflict resolution, communication and peopledevelopment.
