About the role : Enterprise Sales Lead/ Country Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented Enterprise Sales Director to lead the expansion of our CPAAS portfolio. This role is responsible for driving enterprise sales growth, building strategic telecom and aggregator partnerships, and scaling messaging solutions across Brazil market.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in A2P messaging, enterprise communication solutions, SMS ecosystems, operator relationships, and cloud communication platforms, along with a proven track record of closing large enterprise deals and delivering sustained revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

* Define and execute the go-to-market strategy aligned with overall company growth objectives.
* Drive enterprise customer acquisition across large enterprises, digital-first businesses, ISVs, aggregators, fintechs, e-commerce companies, BPOs, and global messaging partners.
* Drive p&l of the entire region
* Lead a team of 2-3 enterprise sales managers in the country
* co-manage presales, PMO of the region.


- Identify and develop new revenue streams across SMS and messaging solutions including A2P SMS, OTP & Transactional Messaging, Promotional SMS, International SMS, SMS APIs, Omnichannel Messaging, Campaign Messaging Solutions, Rich Messaging Services (RCS/WhatsApp Enablement)

- Lead enterprise negotiations, commercial discussions, and multi-year contract closures with key clients.

- Manage RFP/RFQ processes, solution positioning, pricing strategies, and deal structuring.

- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Technology, Carrier Relations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery and customer experience.

- Provide market insights and customer feedback to improve product capabilities, delivery rates, routing efficiency, and compliance adherence.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory frameworks (including DLT and global messaging compliance), and emerging technologies in the CPaaS ecosystem.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 10 years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Business Development within: CPaaS /Telecom /Cloud Communications /Messaging Solutions (SMS-focused CPaaS)

- Proven success in achieving and exceeding enterprise revenue targets in SMS and messaging services.

- Strong expertise in enterprise messaging ecosystems.

- Deep understanding of A2P messaging, routing, deliverability, and compliance frameworks.

- Strong relationships with enterprises, telecom operators, SMS aggregators, carriers, fintechs, OTT platforms, and BPOs.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or

related field. MBA preferred.

- Strong understanding of enterprise communication trends and global SMS

ecosystems.

- Expansion of enterprise customer base across key verticals

- Strong telecom and aggregator partnership ecosystem

- Improved messaging delivery performance and platform adoption
