We have an urgent request for a Cloud Program Manager (CPM) role in Brazil via LATAM Flex. Assignment details below:
• Start Date: ASAP
• Time Zone: GMT-3
• Location Requirements: Brazil remote (Sao Paulo preferred)
• Language Requirements: Portuguese, Spanish, and English fluency required
• Skillset:
o Project Management, SCRUM, stakeholder management
o Program Governance & Risk Management: Implement robust governance for complex, interconnected projects, proactively managing scope, budget, and timelines while mitigating risks on both waterfall and agile projects.
o Stakeholder Management & Communication: Expertly manage and communicate with diverse stakeholders, from engineers to executives, ensuring alignment and managing expectations. Business & Strategic Acumen: Connect program outcomes to tangible business value (e.g., ROI, TCO), thinking beyond project schedules to drive strategic customer goals.
o Technical Background: Possess solid cloud technology knowledge (infra, data, dev) to facilitate technical discussions, understand dependencies, and earn the trust of engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Program Governance & Risk Management
• Design and implement robust governance frameworks for interconnected, multi-stream projects.
• Maintain a rigorous pulse on scope, budget, and timelines across both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Identify, quantify, and mitigate risks before they become blockers, ensuring program stability in volatile environments.
2. Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Act as the primary liaison between engineering teams, product owners, and the executive suite.
• Translate technical complexities into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Expertly manage expectations and maintain alignment across diverse global teams.
3. Strategic & Business Acumen
• Move beyond the Gantt chart to demonstrate tangible business value, focusing on metrics like ROI (Return on Investment) and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).
• Partner with leadership to ensure program outcomes directly support the customer’s strategic goals and bottom line.
4. Technical Leadership
• Leverage a solid background in Cloud Technology (Infrastructure, Data, and Dev) to lead technical dependency discussions.
