We are seeking a highly skilled Agile facilitator to support our Product and Engineering teams, working closely with Agile leadership to drive continuous improvement.
Detailed Job Description
As an Agile facilitator, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, supporting and guiding Scrum teams, and partnering with enterprise Agile Coaches. You will also assist with SAFe adoption, identify impediments, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and collaborate closely with managers and cross-functional team members across regions.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master, strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, familiarity with SAFe, experience working with Agile tools, proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations, and experience working with distributed teams.
