Lead Infrastructure Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive vision and governance for projects, aligning business requirements with technical capabilities.
• Analyze divisional needs and develop detailed project plans, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of platform systems and define 'To Be' system solutions, driving innovation and improvement.
• Understand infrastructure requirements for OnPrem and Cloud Computing service models, ensuring seamless deployment.
• Analyze data to identify insights, applying them to business decisions and product enhancements.
• Ensure coordination of teams, driving timely completion of large projects and managing resource allocations.
• Manage project budgets and financials, providing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for assigned projects.
• Interact closely with stakeholders, vendors, and executive management, communicating complex information effectively.
• Troubleshoot or lead the troubleshooting of complex issues, ensuring operational excellence.
Requirements:
• Advanced English language proficiency (mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree and substantial experience in Project/Program Management.
• Experience managing merger and acquisition infrastructure and application integration or divestiture projects is preferred.
• Project Management Professional and/or Certified Scrum Master certifications are desirable.
• Experience managing multiple large, complex, and cross-functional projects, emphasizing systems, technologies, business process redesign, and knowledge of technical environments.
• Ability to produce detailed project plans and resource requirements.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking and writing for C-level audiences, technical, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to write business requirements, including user stories, use case development, and workflow documentation.
• Product and project management skills, business judgment, and ability to balance resources, evaluate risks, and articulate trade-off decisions.
