Training Coordinator Job Description

* The role supports NIIT's customer(s) in Frankfurt, delivering outstanding service to learners.
This role is part of the Operations team and works closely with the customer's learning delivery team.
As a training operations coordinator, you will master and oversee all activities within the service. You will be responsible for coordinating training session delivery, analyzing training needs, and organizing sessions according to trainees' expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations
* Exposure to an international work environment
* High-level understanding of the training landscape
* Customer service-oriented posture
* Team player
* Ability to communicate clearly and concise thoughts
* Attention to detail, structured and organized, capable of prioritizing activities
* Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint
