SAP Technical Support Leader

We're seeking an SAP Technical Support Leader (ABAP/BASIS) for our Service Delivery Management team responsible for Global Applications. In this role, you will create best practices and operational processes for Application Development in SAP ECC and S/4. You will also provide operational support to application/integrations developed in-house or other developments in Legacy Applications.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement best practices and operational processes for Application Development in SAP ECC and S/4.
* Provide hands-on support to applications and integrations developed in-house or other developments in Legacy Applications.
* Ensure that all developments or customizations in the S/4 applications are aligned with the Digital Decoupling strategy.
* Drive automation initiatives to reduce incidents and promote self-service.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
