OverviewJoin to apply for the Manager Culture Marketing role at adidas.Purpose & Relevance for the OrganizationExecute the Market Brand Strategy locally and ensure consistent execution in country through an integrated strategy of the Culture Marketing pillar to achieve brand and category objectives.ResponsibilitiesBe the main point of contact for all the touchpoints with Culture Marketing throughout the company.Build and manage the Culture Marketing partner portfolio (artists, influencers, content creators) to achieve Brand and Categories objectives.Manage adidas Brazil’s initiatives in culture territories (music, fashion, sports, art) mediated by influencers, along with the production and measurement of content.Maintain and strengthen day to day relationship with partners and their staffs aligned to Brand and Category objectives.Manage the budget planning and execution to ensure all implementations comply with approved plans following investment behind priorities.Manage a third-party agency to provide correct service level to partners.Assure partner activation guidelines are followed and delivered according to the Brand Comms strategy.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStakeholder management (internal and external).Team player.Knowledge/previous experience in Culture/Influencer Marketing.Fluent in English (writing and verbal).adidas celebrates diversity, supports inclusiveness and encourages individual expression in our workplace.
