Job Summary:
As an Onsite Recruiter focused on hiring for Brazil/Latam, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes for our Brazil-based positions. You will collaborate with hiring managers, understand job requirements, source and screen candidates, and manage the candidate experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience with international hiring, particularly in the Brazilian market, and should be familiar with the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance for Brazil-based roles.
* Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent using various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking, and referrals.
* Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit for the company.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers in Brazil and Hyderabad to understand hiring needs, job descriptions, and timelines.
* Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and interview panels, and ensure a smooth interview process.
* Market Intelligence: Stay updated with the talent landscape in Brazil, including compensation trends, competitor hiring practices, and skill availability.
* Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment processes comply with local labor laws and company policies, particularly in Brazil.
* Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction to ensure continuous improvement.
* Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand in Brazil through various channels and attend/coordinate recruitment events.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the tech industry, with a focus on international hiring, especially for Brazil.
* Familiarity with Brazilian labor laws, employment trends, and tech talent landscape.
* Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
* Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and others.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
