If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-driven company, check the necessary requirements.As a Pessoa Especialista em Desenvolvimento de Produtos I, you will be responsible for: Developing, preparing, and implementing the Roadmap strategy: mapping the market to build a project funnel aligned with business strategy; leading the development and implementation of these projects; defining the value proposition of the product/system; translating this into actionable plans with sales and clients; Market intelligence: Monitoring market trends and legislation, using this information to guide the inclusion of new products or the maintenance of existing lines; monitoring current portfolio performance (sales, margin, market share) and acting to maximize results; Sales support: Assisting the sales team on key projects, reinforcing the product/system value proposition, highlighting main benefits; developing solutions to win projects; training the sales team on sales arguments and value propositions. Basic Requirements: Complete degree in Engineering (civil, mechanical, agronomic, agricultural, plastics, hydraulic, or related fields). Preferred Skills: Post-graduation/MBA or specialization in project management; Basic knowledge of SAP; Knowledge in AutoCAD or similar software; Advanced English; Advanced MS Office skills.
