Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Support Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge and strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a remote support role that requires the candidate to provide high-quality technical assistance to customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat to customers, addressing their queries and resolving technical issues.
* Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement process improvements.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolutions and follow-ups.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Intermediate English language proficiency for speaking and writing.
* A technical degree in electricity, photovoltaics, renewable energy, or a comparable field.
* Advanced knowledge of PV Inverters (on-grid and storage).
* At least 1 year of experience working with PV inverters.
* Experience with Distributed Generation (DG) systems.
* Broad knowledge of electrical circuits, PV arrangement, protection circuits, and electrical diagrams interpretation.
* Understanding of Brazilian regulation on PV.
* Familiarity with MS Office software.
Preferred Skills
The following skills are highly desirable:
* Spanish language proficiency.
* Experience with large-scale PV Utility-Scale systems.
* Familiarity with lead-acid and lithium batteries for PV storage systems.
* Proficiency in Zendesk and NeoCRM platforms.
