As a Language Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of language models. Your native-level fluency in Portuguese and strong proficiency in English will enable you to create high-quality training data sets that will improve the accuracy, fluency, coherence and/or voice of AI models.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate data sets, ensuring they align with human values and adhere to linguistic rules and conventions. Your excellent writing, editing, and linguistic analysis skills will be essential in this role.
Responsibilities:
* Creating training data sets for AI models
* Annotating data to help AI models align with human values
* Analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate data sets
Requirements:
* Native-level fluency in Portuguese and strong proficiency in English
* Excellent writing, editing, and linguistic analysis skills
* Deep understanding of grammar, syntax, and stylistic subtleties
* Research skills and ability to fact-check effectively
