We are seeking a Community Builder and Social Media Manager to manage our social media accounts, focusing on LinkedIn. This role will involve engaging with the tech and startup community globally to represent our brand and establish a strong network.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Contributing to the creation of a strategic plan for our client base
* Actively participating in the Tech and Startup Community globally to represent our brand and establish a strong network
* Maintaining track of customer satisfaction and ensuring customer success
* Identifying employers seeking tech talent and acquiring them as clients
* Generating own leads
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales or similar environment
* A strong network in the HR/Recruiting Industry
* Fluency in English (spoken, listening, and written)
* A proactive, solution-oriented mentality and great analytical skills
* The ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients
* Strong business acumen and market insight
* A flair for sales and negotiation
* A deep understanding of Recruitment principles
* Excellent communication skills and a personable approach
* Efficiency and attention to detail
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A positive outlook and hard working personality
