Key Account Strategist
The successful Key Account Strategist will shape the future of online gaming content by managing strategic relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact. This key role involves developing and executing strategies to meet evolving client needs, delivering tailored solutions aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Relationship Management: Develop and manage strategic relationships with key clients to ensure maximum client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
2. Product Representation: Represent the full portfolio of products and communicate upcoming game releases and opportunities to key stakeholders.
3. Campaign Planning and Execution: Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute successful promotional campaigns that meet client goals and objectives.
4. Campaign Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and proactively address any issues or concerns.
5. Tailored Solutions: Identify evolving client needs and deliver tailored solutions aligned with business objectives.
6. Customer Issues Resolution: Resolve customer issues efficiently and implement improvements based on root-cause analysis.
7. Collaboration and Communication: Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery and maximum client satisfaction through excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Requirements:
* 3–5 years' experience in account management in the online B2B iGaming sector.
* Proven success in building and growing client relationships in a commercial setting.
* Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Fluent in English; Portuguese proficiency is a strong asset.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI experience is a plus.
* Professional demeanour with the flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours when needed.
