* This role requires excellent IT hardware troubleshooting skills, coordination with third-party vendors, and asset management. You will be responsible for PC asset support, break-fix services, and managing hard and soft assets.
* You will also configure new PCs, join domains, copy/reload data, create profiles, add printers, and configure networks and wireless connections.
To excel in this position, you should possess intermediate English language skills, ServiceNow-Infrastructure Support-Windows10-11-Customer Support-Multitask-TCP/IP-Troubleshooting-Remote Support-Chat/Phone/Mail Support – Printers Support – Asset Management – Desktop Management skills, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
Some desirable skills include ITIL, Incident Management, and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
