**Viral Video Scriptwriter & Editor Opportunity**
We're looking for a talented and resourceful individual to join our team as a Viral Video Scriptwriter & Editor. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and effective video ads that capture the attention of our target audience.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a solid understanding of copywriting principles, including how to craft compelling hooks, problems, proofs, offers, and CTAs. You'll also need to be proficient in editing software such as CapCut and have experience using AI tools to generate footage, b-roll, voiceovers, captions, and variations quickly and efficiently.
In addition to your technical skills, you'll need to possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, as you'll be working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
* Write short-form ad scripts (UGC style, narration, simple scenes, strong hooks)
* Do research (audience pains, language, objections, comments, competitor ads)
* Edit videos in CapCut (or similar) and ship finished assets ready to launch
* Use AI tools to generate footage, b-roll, voiceovers, captions, and variations fast
* Create lots of iterations: new hooks, new openings, new pacing, new visuals
* Organize deliverables cleanly (folders, versions, naming, notes)
Requirements:
* A portfolio of viral videos, ad creatives, or short-form edits
* Strong English and ability to write like a real US consumer talks
* Understanding of basic copywriting: hook, problem, proof, offer, CTA
* Ability to edit quickly in CapCut (or similar) and keep pacing tight
* Experience using AI tools to create videos at scale (not just one-offs)
