SAP EPPM and Resource Management Professional
Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to lead and support the implementation of SAP EPPM and Resource Management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies for project management, resource planning, and project-related operational processes in a dynamic international environment.
* Configure and optimize Resource Management, workforce planning, and project staffing flows using SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
* Integrate project operations with C4P and related Public Cloud modules to achieve business objectives.
* Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient SAP Public Cloud solutions that meet client needs.
* Provide expert advice, best practices, documentation, and user training to ensure successful project execution.
* Ensure alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams through effective communication and collaboration.
* Support testing cycles, UAT sessions, and go-live/hypercare phases to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of project portfolio management processes by identifying opportunities for growth and development.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong experience as a SAP consultant in EPPM, Resource Management, or Project Systems (PS).
* Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud configuration and implementation.
* Experience with C4P / Project Collaboration / SAP Public Cloud for Projects is highly desirable.
* Understanding of project financials, resource scheduling, and project lifecycle processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work in international teams.
* Fluency in English language with additional languages being an asset.
