Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Support Analyst to provide remote computer and IT system support for employees. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for troubleshooting system, application, and hardware issues, analyzing problems, and formulating solutions.
As part of your responsibilities, you will ensure customers are updated on ticket progress, work remotely with customers to solve problems, and utilize internal IT Knowledge Base to find solutions to known issues.
Additionally, you will use external information to research and resolve complex technical issues when needed, consistently update the ticket tracking system with status and fixes, and properly escalate issues to necessary parties as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Associate's Degree student preferably in Information Systems or equivalent program, or proven track record of IT experience.
* Knowledge delivering IT solutions within a corporate environment.
* Experience working in mixed Mac and Windows environments.
