Job Description:
At the forefront of IT services, we seek a visionary Enterprise Architect to spearhead our technological advancements. This pivotal role requires an exceptional professional with a deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud technologies, and data platforms.
Responsibilities:
1. Define, document, and evolve integrated Enterprise Architecture models using frameworks such as TOGAF/ArchiMate and aligning with strategic demands.
2. Act as a technical reference, leading cross-functional teams, promoting solution consolidation between IT, OT, and industrial automation, ensuring adherence to global corporate standards.
3. Evaluate and validate new technologies, platforms, services, and methods, considering best practices in the mineral and natural resources sector.
4. Develop and maintain architectural criteria prioritizing security, regulatory compliance, performance, sustainability, and operational integration.
5. Prepare detailed documentation (LLD/HLD, reference architectures, guidelines), transferring knowledge and mentoring technical and business teams locally and internationally.
Requirements and Competencies:
Essential Requirements (Hard Skills):
* Proven experience (minimum of 8 years in IT, with at least 5 as an enterprise architect or similar strategic role in Large Enterprise or mining/resources).
* Deep knowledge of the mineral, energy, or industrial sector, preferably previous experience in large global operations.
* Mastery of the main enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF: Practitioner, ArchiMate, Zachman, DAMA-DMBOK).
* Excellence in the use of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data platforms, cross-system integration (ERP SAP/Oracle, SCADA, IIoT, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse).
* Ability to design hybrid architectures (on-premises, cloud, edge), industrial data integration (sensing, automation, dashboards, analytics).
* Strong performance in compliance, industrial cybersecurity (OT/IT Convergence), data protection, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
